Register to join this community-based workshop to learn to identify, harvest, and make a delicious 'well-ness' syrup with highbush cranberry (Viburum trilobum).
Highbush cranberry is high in vitamin C and is a known anti-oxidant. It is also known as 'cramp bark'.
Highbush cranberry syrup is an easy-to-make way to capture the many benefits of this native-to-Nova Scotia plant.
Spaces for this community-based learning workshop are limited and will follow Covid-19 protocols.
All events will be held entirely outdoors.
Appropriate for ages 12 and up. Children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
